Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Products purchased during special clearance or final sale (if applicable).
Size Exchange
If you receive the wrong size or wish to exchange for another available size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
